For caterers

Price a brief. Not a rumour.

Every brief arrives complete, checked and against two other caterers. You pay nothing to see it and nothing to quote — only on a booking that happens.

The deal · four points

What you get, plainly.

No listing fee, no per-lead charge, no monthly subscription, no upgrade that moves you up a page.

01 Briefs, not enquiries.

Date, headcount, postcode, service style, dietaries and budget band arrive together, checked, before you see them. You are not pricing a message that says “how much for a wedding?”.

02 Three of you. Always three.

You are quoting against two others, not ten, and you know that before you spend the twenty minutes. Every brief tells you how many caterers are in it.

03 Availability first.

We check the date against your calendar before the brief reaches you. A brief you can't service is a brief you never see.

04 You pay on wins.

Nothing to list, nothing per lead, nothing monthly. 8% of the booking to £3,125, then 4%, ceiling £750 — charged once the booking is confirmed.

The format works for you too.

The structure that makes quotes comparable for the customer is the same structure that stops you being undercut by someone who left the staffing out.

  • Your travel is a line, not an argument at the end.
  • Your linen and crockery are visible whether you charge for them or include them.
  • Your cancellation terms sit in the same table as your price, where they can be read.
  • Being the highest per-head rate stops being fatal, because the customer can see what it buys.

The quote form

Ten minutes, not forty.

You fill the same lines every time, so the second brief takes half as long as the first.

Zero is a real answer. Writing £0 against linen tells the customer it is included. Leaving it blank tells them nothing, and the quote comes back to you rather than going to them.

The fee

Paid on wins. Only wins.

8% of the booking to £3,125, then 4% on the rest. Floor £35, ceiling £750. Charged when the booking is confirmed, not when the brief lands.
